Really calming and tranquil; and the guide Cedric was really nice and informative. Totally recommend! Stephanie S2024-10-01Verified My Once in a Lifetime I just returned from a magnificent trip to Rwanda with Blue Money Tours, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! I was travelling with my mother and two uncles. Our guide, Emmanuel, was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to share insights about the amazing wildlife and culture of the country. Godfrey, our driver, was equally impressive, navigating the roads with skill and care. We shared many, many laughs with both of them. One of the highlights of our trip was our Gorilla Trek, which was unforgettable. After our trek, Emmanuel and Godfrey surprised us with a lovely picnic, complete with delicious treats. It was such a thoughtful gesture and added a special touch to an already incredible day!Overall, I highly recommend Blue Money Tours for anyone looking to explore Rwanda. Their attention to detail, warmth, and enthusiasm made our journey truly special. Thank you, Emmanuel and Godfrey, for a wonderful experience! Karoline2024-08-11Verified Absolutely recommended! a great 11-day tour with Vianney and Keneth through Uganda. Emmanuel had planned everything excellently. The lodges were fabulous, the food was very good and the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone was indescribable. The price-performance ratio is good. We had a very private tour and were therefore always able to express our wishes. We are happy to recommend Blue Monkey and Emmanuel with Vianney and Keneth. They really enriched our vacation and made it unforgettable. carmen m2024-07-31Verified This was an incredible experience - don't miss out. I wanted to share something truly special with you all. If you've ever dreamt of getting up close and personal with some of nature's most incredible creatures, check out the great guides at Blue Monkey Tour in Kigali, Rwanda! After a work-related visit to Kigali this past April, we spent the weekend visiting Rwanda's majestic gorillas in their natural mountain habitat and saw playful golden monkeys in the lower hills—these once-in-a-lifetime moments will stay with us forever. The tour was well organized (thanks, Emmanuel!) and included an important visit to the Genocide Memorial Museum. The hotel accommodations were terrific (e.g., clean, comfortable, etc.), transportation was on time and comfy, and the cuisine was delicious. Nick C2024-07-13Verified Lake Kivu islands boat trip Lake Kivu and islands boat trip in super sunshine. Cedric was a very knowledgeable guide explaining much of the geography and wildlife present. Hiked to the top of Napoleon Island with the many fruit bats in the trees. Even spotted a black lat snake (non venomous). We visited two more islands one with velvet monkeys and one where you can go in for a dip. I would recommend. A relaxing and interesting trip. Thank you Cedric and boat man. Sarah S2024-07-03Verified Lake Kivu Tour We did a Lake Kivu tour with Cedlick. He was a wonderful guide - eager to share his knowledge with us. I highly recommend this tour and Cedlick! Josef W2024-06-13Verified Exiting Akagera Two unforgettable days in Akagera with many highlights. Wonderfull landscaoe, many different animals Nest bei us and a good camp. And also the best guide Bryce C2024-05-12Verified A Lifetime of Cherished Memories, Thanks to Blue Monkey Tours! My wife and I booked a five-day tour with Amani Emmanuel. He picked us up from a friends' home in Kigali in a very roomy modified safari truck with a roof that opened for use in the parks. Bottom line up front: I would absolutely book through Blue Monkey Tours again! Amani gave us very personalized service, answered all our questions in a timely manner, and went out of his way to ensure we had an amazing adventure with wonderful memories that will last our lifetime! He first took us to Akagera National Park, where we did a two-day safari. We then went to Volcanoes National Park to see the Golden Monkeys and the Mountain Gorillas. After that he took us to Lake Kivu where we spent the last couple days in Rwanda relaxing and enjoying the serene peacefulness of that area. We could not have been happier with how our trip went, largely due to the tailored experience that Amani provided us. His attention to detail, ability to create bespoke tours, and patience and responsiveness to our inquiries really put us at ease when booking this trip. Seeing the gorillas is not cheap due to the park fee, but it was absolutely worth it! Thank you, Amani! Svetlana T2024-04-23Verified Day Trip to Akagera I went out a day tour to Akagera Park and it was great. Dady was an incredibly cheerful, patient, and knowledgeable guide. He knew all the birds and the other animals, but there were SO MANY BIRDS and he knew them all. He also added small stories/information about birds and animals as we saw them. The tour (from Kigali) stops on the way there and on the way back at a lovely coffee shop and a gifts market where I filled up on all the souveniers I wanted. My only regret was not picking up a check-off guide at the Akagera park ranger station, because we saw too many to remember and I didn't have the mind to write them down. Blue Monkey tours has a rigorous hiring and continuous training process, so even if your tour guide is someone else - you are sure to have a good time. The rolling hills and the big sky are gorgeous and it's lovely to see the life outside of the big city. I'm so glad we did it. More than worth the money and the 4:30 am start time.
